May 3 - Harvest Day and Workshop at Eli Smucker’s Gourd Farm, Kinzers, PA - Arrive at 9:00 and spend the morning in the fields to help harvest gourds!  A unique opportunity to be on the "other end" of gourding.  The workshop will begin at 11:00, clay on gourds with instructor Cookie Smith.  A pot luck lunch will follow. 

Join us for Harvest Day!

Note:  Unless otherwise noted, all meetings begin at 11:00 with a pot-luck lunch break. 

Items to bring to a meeting:  
Please bring a dish to share
if you plan on staying for lunch. 
A finished gourd craft for Show and Tell
A name tag- or you shall have to pay quarter
to the collection piggy!
Workshop tools and supplies (if needed)
A few dollars - if you'd like to participate in a raffle or buy some raw gourds or supplies.
 

May 31 – Meeting at Fishing Creek Valley Community Center (FCVCC) Learn how to make measurements on gourds easily with tools to make visually pleasing compositions, by instructor Bill Peoples

June 13-14- PA Gourd Fest at Eli Smucker’s Gourd Farm Kinzers PA

July 26- PAGS Workshop at Eli Smucker’s Gourd Farm, Kinzers, PA. Try your hand at beading on gourds with instructor Theresa Ayers.

Aug 30 - Meeting at Eli Smucker’s Gourd Farm Kinzers PA Demonstration on inlace (part 2) by Crystal Snook and Jenn Avery

Sept 20 - Workshop at Helen Olena’s gourd farm Mohnton PA. Discover the simple beauty of colored pencil art on gourds by Helen Olena

Date TBA– PAGS at Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square PA. Join in demonstrating your gourd art in the Conservancy at the Gardens.
